This is a green recipe that protects like a mother from demonic diseases

Ingredients: Spinach as needed, large onion, 1 tomato per head, 2 green chillies, salt as needed. A teaspoon of oil, half a teaspoon of mustard, beans, cumin and asparagus.

Recipe: Wash and chop the spinach. Finely chop the onion, tomato and green chillies. Pour oil in a pan and fry mustard, black gram, cumin, asparagus, onion, tomato and green chillies. Add powdered spinach, add salt, mix twice, cover and cook for 5 minutes. When it is cooked, take it out and serve.
