The study says a single dose of ticker is enough to get rid of Kovid

A single dose of the Kovid vaccine is sufficient for those who have once recovered from Kovid infection. A recent study reported this information.

With a single dose of the vaccine, their immune system becomes stronger to fight the SARS-COV-2 virus. They do not have to take another dose of ticker later. This is because, when they take the second dose, their immune system becomes stronger, but it is not. However, for those who have not had Kovid before, a two-dose vaccine is essential to strengthen the body’s immune system.

The study was conducted by scientists at the Penn Institute of Immunology at the Pelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States. The study was published in the International Journal of Science Research in Science Immunology. Friday.

Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania have vaccinated 44 healthy people with biotech-pfizer and the modern messenger RNA (mRNA) Kovid vaccine. Eleven of the 44 were previously infected with Kovid. Then everyone recovered. To understand how strong their immune system is, the researchers tested blood samples twice before and after vaccination.

Biology suggests that the human immune system produces two types of cells when they are vaccinated or infected with a virus. To fight viruses and defeat them. They have an antibody. Another is ‘Memory B Cell’. Antibodies quickly begin to fight the virus that has entered the body. Memory B cells help prepare the human body for the long-term fight against a virus.

One of the researchers at the University of Pennsylvania, Professor E.J. John Howry said: “Our research is one of the few that examines the role of memory B cells in this. The role of memory B cells is most needed to understand how effective our body’s immune system is in preventing future virus attacks. So we did research on how quickly our body’s immune system can build memory B cells after vaccination.

The researchers found that people who later recovered from the Covid infection did not need to take a second dose of the Covid vaccine for these memory B cells. A single dose will strengthen their immune system. However, for those who have not had the disease before, the role of these memory B cells is less important. Therefore, if they take the two-dose vaccine, their immune system will not be strong enough to fight the SARS-COV-2 virus.
