The Sensex fell by 81 points for the second day in a row

Indian equities fell for the second day in a row. The Sensex was down 81 points.

Indian stock markets opened lower in the morning. The stock price rose in the middle of the trade. But in the end, the stock traded lower. Out of the 30 stocks that help the Sensex calculate, a total of 13 stocks, including Bharti Airtel and Mahindra, fell. Meanwhile, a total of 17 corporate stocks, including IndusInd Bank and Tata Steel, fell.

Shares of 1,713 companies traded higher on the Mumbai Stock Exchange today. 1,597 shares of the company’s stock fell. The company’s stock price remained unchanged at 147. The total market capitalization of companies listed on the Mumbai Stock Exchange rose to Rs 268.95 lakh crore. So, today, investors have a profit of about Rs 83 billion in the stock market.

Stock trading fell

At the close, the Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark Sensex was down 80.63 points at 60,352.82. Similarly, the wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty declined by 27.05 points to 18,017.20.
