Central government overwhelmed by Supreme Court order … Urgent decision change!

The NEED Super Specialty (SS) exam is conducted for postgraduate medical students. There are a total of 12 super specialty categories. Most of these questions come from the respective categories. A few questions will be asked from the general medical department that tests everyone. This is what has been going on for a long time. The National Examinations Agency (NDA) issued the notification for the examination in July this year on the basis of the same syllabus.

NEET SS 2021: Doctors have approached the Supreme Court against the sudden last minute changes, according to which the NEET SS exams were to be held on November 13,14. For this, all the students prepared according to the old syllabus. But suddenly on August 31 the NDA made another announcement that it had made some amendments to the old syllabus. That is, most questions will be taken from the general medical department itself. This led to great dissatisfaction among the students in taking up specific areas. Asking all questions in the general category will affect all departmental students.

Of the vulnerable students, 41 have filed a case in the Supreme Court against it. The case was heard yesterday. The lawyer who appeared for the federal government at the time said the syllabus had been revised because there were vacancies for super specialty seats in private colleges. Outraged judges tore up the federal government. When asked if the interests of private colleges seem to be more important than the interests of students, the judges said, “None of the students play football.”

They ordered that the examination should be conducted on the old syllabus and the examination should be shifted to January, as nothing would sink in if these syllabus amendments were postponed for another year. They also ordered that the decision be announced today. Accordingly, the federal prosecutor said today that the federal government has decided to implement the revised curriculum from the next academic year (2022-23). He also promised that the examinations in the old syllabus would be held on the said date this year.
