Dharmapuri
Two youths were killed when a container lorry collided with a two-wheeler near Dharmapuri.
Ramesh hails from Chinnappampatti in Salem district. His friend is Satish Kumar from Coimbatore. The two were returning to Salem in a two-wheeler after visiting a relative’s house in Dharmapuri.
Ramesh tried to overtake the lorry in front of him while traveling in the Thomparakampatti area on the border of Toppur police station. Then, the container truck behind the two got into the vehicle when it unexpectedly stumbled and fell down. Ramesh and Satish Kumar died on the spot.
