Two youths were killed when a government bus collided with a two-wheeler near Sivaganga.
Nachiyappan hails from Aurangabad village in Sivaganga district. Son Aravinda Bharathi (18). His friends are Rajeshwaran from Velankulam and Murukananda from Vanakkaruppai. The three set off in a two-wheeler to attend the Maruthu Pandiyar Gurupooja in Tirupati yesterday.

A government bus collided with Aravinda Bharathi’s vehicle near Okkur. Aravinda Bharathi and Murukananda were critically injured and died on the spot. Rajeshwaran was seriously injured. He was rushed to Sivaganga Government Hospital for treatment.
Madakuppatti police reached the spot, seized the bodies and sent them to a government hospital for post-mortem. Madakkupatti police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
