The Calcutta Municipality has decided to suspend the Kovishield vaccination. As a result, Covshield vaccines will not be given Friday at municipal vaccination centers. However, Kovacin vaccination at vaccination centers will continue as before, the municipality said.
The municipality claimed that the center had not sent enough cove shields. As a result, it is not possible to vaccinate now. However, the Covshield vaccine is expected to arrive in the state next week. As a result, vaccinations may resume at municipal vaccination centers from next week. Covshield vaccines were given at 102 health centers and 50 mega centers in the municipality.
According to municipal sources, Kovacild’s immunization has been suspended since Friday, but Kovacin’s one or two vaccinations will continue as before. Kovacin will be donated from Roxy Cinema Hall to 39 small health centers and mega centers. The second vaccine will be given from 10 a.m. Friday. The first vaccination will begin at 1 p.m. The municipality said the vaccine program will cover 102 small health centers and 50 mega centers across the city.
