Chief Minister Biplob Dev has been arrested in Tripura for murder and allegedly tried to kill Biplob by smashing a car in the middle of the night. The arrested persons have been booked under multiple sections.

Agartala police said the bodyguard shouted when he saw the car coming carelessly. Biplob jumped onto the sidewalk. The car went out along with his body.
Police launched a search of the area the night after the incident. That’s why the fate of the TR01 car matches the number plate 0358. The three accused, Gairik Saha, Aman Saha and Shubham Saha, arrived. Police said Gyric was driving at the time of the incident.
The Agartala police had voluntarily registered a case against the accused under sections 269, 306, 332, 426 and 353. Three people have been arrested for trying to assassinate Biplob Dev.
