China’s National Health Committee said on Saturday that 28 new corona virus cases were reported in China on Friday, the same number as the previous day.
The committee stated in its daily bulletin that all cases except one were imported from abroad.
The committee said the number of new asymptomatic infections had reached 22, the same number as a day earlier. China does not classify asymptomatic infections as confirmed cases.
The number of confirmed Kovid-19 cases in the mainland of China is currently 94,982, while the number of deaths is 4,636.
